Please further note that BADWOOD Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, BADWOOD Clothing shall issue a return to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. BADWOOD cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by the BADWOOD customer service team in a timely manner. BADWOOD reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. BADWOOD will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. Reps may receive 8% commission on the sales that they refer using their unique rep links. These sales must occur within 24 hours of originally clicking on the rep link. These sales must occur on the Badwoodx.com website. Reps will not receive a referral commission for items bought on society6.com. If a rep uses his or her rep codes to order from Badwood for him or herself, that rep may be banned and their order cancelled. You must have a PayPal account in good standing in order to be paid. We are not responsible for your PayPal account being in good standing. We pay on Net 30 which means that you may not be paid for commissions from the month of October, until November 30th. You may not mislead people into clicking on your rep link. You may not spam your rep link where it is not relevant or wanted. Failure to comply with these terms may forfeit any commissions that you have have with us, prior to you being paid out.
Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless it is fault on our end.
After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package.
Orders will be shipped via USPS standard mailing, which will take approximately 2-3 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). A tracking number will also be sent upon shipment to the email address provided during checkout.
Shipments over $250 will require signature upon delivery.
International orders are shipped via USPS standard international mailing, which will take approximately 7-28 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). International customers will be provided with a customs number that can be used to track orders up until the package leaves US customs.
International orders 5 pounds and over will be shipped via International Priority mailing, which takes approximately 10 business days to be delivered, and a tracking number will be provided.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. We are closed weekends.
INVALID ADDRESS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER:
IF AN ORDER IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITH A $5 "INVALID ADDRESS FEE" ADDED TO CUSTOMER.
We can not be held responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered per its tracking number. If the tracking number attached to a package has been updated to the "Delivered" status on USPS's website, the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS.
If the customer finds the package has not been delivered as stated by the tracking number, it is the customers responsibility to reach out to their LOCAL post office to locate the package.
We will not issue refunds in this case.
Request for Return or Replacement
Please be sure to review and double check your order and size(s) before placing your order, as we only accept returns or exchanges if a mistake is made on our behalf. If this were to happen, all fees associated with the exchange will be at our expense. If a mistake is made with your order, please notify us within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds will only be given once we have reached an amicable decision, or if an order cancellation is made within 2 hours of purchase (no guarantees).
All returns must be received within 30 business days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted in exchange for a store credit totaling the exact purchase amount for exchanges of equal or greater value. All sales are final on sale items, and returns/exchanges cannot be made on them. Please note, that you (buyer) will be responsible for the shipping of returns at your expense. In order to honor your return/exchange, the item must be in the original packaging, unworn, unused.
If the postal service returns a package to us because an invalid address was provided or the package was not claimed, we will contact you and schedule a re-delivery at your expense. Re-delivery shipping fees will equal the exact dollar amount needed to ship the package. Once repayment shipping fees have been received, your package will be re-shipped the next business day. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as the postal office will not reimburse us for re-shipping your package.
Communication to request Return/Exchange:
1. Email email@example.com referencing your Order# and the reason for your exchange.
2. Mail your return item with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return to the address provided during your Customer Service email correspondence.
3. We make every effort to respond to your issue in a timely manner, though we ask to allow 2-3 weeks for processing and confirmation of you request.
ALL returns (not exchanges) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will not include original shipping cost. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. PLEASE NOTE: All items sold on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
For hygienic reasons, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments.
We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, BADWOOD Clothing reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
